Handling online payments

I did some investigation recently on online payments for a non-profit company I was volunteering, and narrowed the two services that I like the most:

1. PayPal
2. Google Checkout

I should say I like PayPal more than Google Checkout. Although Google Checkout is actually cheaper and easier to setup. But I did not see a Virtual Terminal facility here.

In PayPal you could accept payments using Phone, Fax or Email in addition to online at a small monthly cost of $30/mo. So this is a good feature to have if you are a merchant.
